Malvern Hills Gardening Club

A small friendly club with a varied programme.

We meet on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except December) at 7.30pm at, Manor Park Sports Club, Malvern, Albert Road North, Malvern, WR14 2TL. Click here for a map (opens in new window)

We are a small, friendly group of enthusiastic gardeners based in Malvern, and attracting members from the surrounding villages as well as the town itself. We meet monthly (except December) for a series of talks through the winter (September - April) and garden visits during the summer (May - July)

Members are encourage to enter the monthly competitions for a variety of exhibits, for which points are awarded and an overall winner announced at the AGM.

Our first meeting this year is on Wednesday 24th January when our speaker will be Alun Whitehead talking about Hidden Gardens of Herefordshire. Competitions 1) a vase of snowdrops 2) an arrangement of mixed winter flowers.

We have recently undergone several changes (new name, new venue) and hope to add further events to our calendar as we settle in to our new identity. We welcome new members of all gardening abilities and experience.

Annual membership is £5.00, with an additional £1.00 charge per indoor meeting. There is a £2.00 charge for visitors.
