Gardening Events in 2025

Enjoy a delightful day exploring the picturesque Cotswold cottage gardens, lovingly tended by local residents, on Sunday, June 1st 2025, from 12 midday to 6pm. This event is perfect for nature lovers, garden enthusiasts, and families, offering an abundance of beautiful plants, inspiration, and a warm community atmosphere.

There’s plenty to enjoy, including classic cars, a children's discovery trail, cream tea with scones, ice cream and refreshments, an award-winning live band, a plant sale, open studios, an art trail and more!

Please note that parts of some gardens are steep, and such areas are unsuitable for visitors with restricted mobility.

Entrance £6.00 accompanied children free - Tickets on the day from Box Village Hall.

There will be several gardens for you to visit and plenty of refreshments - bacon butties, light lunches and tea & cake served in Putley Parish Hall, along with the occasional ‘beverage’ available in some of the gardens. The gardens and the Parish Hall will be open from 10am- 5pm. Entry is just £5 pp. Tickets and maps can be obtained on the day at Putley Parish Hall where you’ll find plenty of parking, plant sales, our tombola and toilets.
